If you are a property owner or purchasing within the Long Creek Water service area we will need a copy of your deed or valid information from the attorney/bank on the purchase contract.
If you are renting/leasing a property you must provide a rental/lease agreement of something from the owner stating that you have permission to put the utilities in your name.
